During a recent trip to my home office, I stayed at the Element in Ewing NJ. Here’s a breakdown of their facility:
Dumbells up to 50
No universal machine/pulleys
Open, windows, fairly clean
Free breakfast – cereals/granola, juice, fruit, breakfast sandwichs (turkey bacon), yogurt, breads/bagels.
The only picture I took was of two people of similar chronological age. Excess weight makes you old. Here’s a perfect example:
The guy on the right was running like a gazelle and lip singing his favorite tune. The guy on the left was struggling to shuffle along. Kudos to trying to stay active while traveling! Don’t let yourself slip into the weight hole that the guy on the left has. It’s a steep climb to get out.
